We specialize in Sinaloa-style charcoal-grilled chicken, also known as pollo asado. Our chicken is marinated in a special family recipe and cooked over real charcoal, giving it a unique smoky flavor and juicy texture that is a staple of Sinaloa, Mexico.
Every order is a complete plate! You'll get a portion of our charcoal-grilled chicken along with our traditional Sinaloa-style sides: sopa fria, refried beans, warm tortillas, and our special salsa. You won't leave hungry.
In Sinaloa, sopa fria is a staple side dish. It's a type of cold pasta salad, often made with elbow macaroni, a creamy dressing, and vegetables. It's a cool and refreshing contrast to our hot, smoky chicken.
